Remember that a bit of contrast in your fabric selection will set your quilt apart from the rest. This beautiful hydrangea fabric is perfect on its own. But by adding a bit of extra yellow as a contrast throughout the quilt top makes such a pleasing design to look at.

To find the perfect contrast fabric for your quilt, simply choose the colors you want to quilt with and lay them out. Then select a color that brightens those colors up a bit. Try a few different fabrics to see the difference and choose your favorite.

For this easy quilt pattern, you’ll need just two charm packs for a baby quilt measuring 36″ x 45″. If you want a larger quilt, keep adding more charms until the size is right.
